Externally: To ensure that all stages of the work meet or exceed the clients’ objectives,
challenging and interpreting feedback wherever appropriate to get to better creative.
对外:确保每个创意阶段达到或超过客户目标,适当时挑战和解读反馈,以获得更好
的创意效果。

Internally: To inspire and share knowledge with the creative team, to get to better creative
solutions, while partnering with the Client Services Team to ensure timely delivery of
projects.
对内:启发并与创意团队分享知识,以达致更好的创意解决方案,同时与客户服务团
队合作,确保及时交付项目。

Creates campaignable ideas across multiple touchpoints
创作出有传播延展力的创意,使之能在多个接触点上应用
Brings the brand to life through concepts across the brand experience
在不同品牌体验中让品牌活起来
Can articulate thinking and ideas through visual and verbal language in a concise way
能透过图象和语言去清晰地表达想法
Understands the meaning of Brand First, through charismatic design and how it can get a
brand noticed and chosen
通过具魅力的设计和它如何能令品牌被注意和被挑选,了解“品牌优先”(Brand First)的涵义
Demonstrates a good understanding of the Creative challenge
能充分理解创意过程中会遇到的挑战
Designs to a high aesthetic level
设计出高审美水平的作品
Seeks out and actively influences the Creative team by keeping up with the latest trends (music, politics, culture, competitors) and demonstrating how this translates into creativity
积极并主动地寻求能影响设计团队的潮流趋势(音乐、政治、文化、竟争对手等方面),并能展示出如何将潮流转化为设计

Creative Application 创意应用
Understands how Design can be used effectively across the media landscape

Maintains awareness of innovation and how these can be leveraged in creative output

Evaluates existing use of brand and identifies development areas in communication
审视现有的品牌使用,并能识别出在传播领域中可发展的新领域
Develops awareness and understanding of how to bring concepts to life within different
media and technical parameters of the print and manufacturing processes
建立对不同媒体,印刷技术及生产流程的敏鋭及清晰了解,并懂得如何把概念实践

Demonstrates creative knowledge, expertise and relevant provocation to clients in line with
