职位描述
As BD&Strategy Manager at Digital Luxury Group (DLG), your mission will be to network with industry professionals and proactively reach out to potential clients to generate new leads, identify new sales opportunities, expand DLG’s client portfolio, and sell DLG’s services in order to achieve business objectives.

You will manage sales pitches along with the Business Development Director, as well as support the Account team in completing sales pitch proposals. This role will give you the opportunity to reinforce your digital knowledge and further develop your strategic thinking, enabling you to become an expert in the field of digital marketing.

In this role, you will:

• Work with iconic brands across key luxury segments
• Work in a leading agency for the luxury industry, with an international environment (both local and overseas offices)
• Be involved at every stage of the business development process, from opportunity identification and outlining of strategies to solutions and closing
• Be an instrumental part of the BD team, articulating the right solutions for clients and convincing them to engage our services
• Work closely with senior leadership within the agency (from the Commercial, Creative and Marketing departments, across the three offices)

Responsibilities

Sales Process
• Represent DLG and introduce the agency to new leads and prospects
• Act as a key point of contact for the client during the entire sales process
• Formalise brands’ needs and requests, as well as assess elements of timing, budget, and key decision makers based on the client brief
• Support the identification of appropriate service opportunities based on the client brief, by working alongside the Account, Strategy and Creative teams
• Participate in the pricing and quotation process as well as the contract creation process
• Support the creation of compelling proposals, successfully delivering and presenting them to brands
• Formalise agreements and following through the entire process until the final client sign-off, including dealing with procurement and legal teams

Strategy
• Work with the Client Development Director to identify strategic targets for the agency (categories and/or specific brands)
• Work with the Client Development Director and Managing Director to create new service offerings and solutions

Representation and Competitor Monitoring
• Monitor competitors and part
任职要求
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in marketing, advertising, communications, management or other relevant areas
• 4+ years in an Account or Planning position in a 4A, digital agency, consulting agency or relevant field
• Significant experience in active pitch participation and new business development (e.g. new clients, campaigns, etc...)
• In-depth experience and knowledge of the Chinese digital ecosystem and luxury consumer behaviours
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business development acumen
• Strong pitch proposal creation
• Responsible, with strong leadership abilities and good social skills
• Great communication skills in English, both oral and written; native or fluent in Chinese
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
• A self-starter who is proactive and collaborative
