职位描述
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for client relationship management, understanding client project requirements and providing clear action plans, managing internal resources and ensuring smooth communication throughout the execution process
• Project execution management: Managing the implementation of SCRM activities, ensuring the timely delivery of activities, maintaining clear communications with relevant clients and vendors, and independently organising regular project meetings to keep stakeholders updated
• Campaigns: Planning and implementing CRM membership campaigns, mostly within the WeChat ecosystem but also extending to e-commerce and offline activations
• Reporting: Working with SCRM and Mini Program backend data to generate actionable insights, providing clients with monthly and annual user behaviour data reports and optimisation suggestions
• Managing SCRM backend operations: Leveraging understanding of consumer lifecycle to design user journeys to improve user interaction; segmenting WeChat audience according to user behaviours and preferences
• Providing data tracking suggestions for WeChat functions according to clients’ business requirements (e.g. WeChat Store, Membership Mini Program, H5, WeChat content performance)
• Internal: Cooperating with the social media team and putting forward suggestions in optimising brand communication plans
• Internally support other SCRM-related projects, including sales pitches/ proposals

任职要求
Qualifications
• 3 – 5 years of WeChat sCRM-related account servicing experience, in an advertising agency
• Solid experience in WeChat sCRM operations (content and menu segmentation, user journey design, marketing automation, etc.) using third-party sCRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to draw insights from data
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• 3 – 5 years of WeChat sCRM-related account servicing experience, in an advertising agency
• Solid experience in WeChat sCRM operations (content and menu segmentation, user journey design, marketing automation, etc.) using third-party sCRM platforms.
