在江诗丹顿这边办公,和我们一起完成后续的上海张园项目。
工作地点:上海静安嘉里中心江诗丹顿办公室
工作时间:工作日9:00-18:00,双休(同客户)
工作时间:2022年7月-2023年5月

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Event Management
Assist the Event Manager on event planning and execution: event timeline planning and monitoring, vendor sourcing, technical drawing& sample validation, event proposal and documents preparation, etc.
External communication with and supervise the event agency (design/execution/budget/digital program etc.) and 3rd parties (CCTV, catering agencies, hostess, guide, security etc.) to ensure the quality of event.
Coordination with RCCL functions (IT, security, procurement, logistic, finance team etc)
Work closely with internal functions information collection and operation request on training, digital, social, advertising, VM, product & PR related.
Organizing and preparing regular meetings to recap and update team
Updating monthly events calendar in co-ordination with the team
Event on-site execution and quality control.
Event review and closing file preparation.
Administrative:
Daily document preparation: Event related files, PO and payment follow-ups, operation daily recap.
Event check list.

任职要求
JOB PROFILE:
Bachelor's degree or above.
5-6 years' experience of Event experience in multinational retail prestige industry or in leading event agency.
Native Mandarin speaker with fluent command of English both oral and written.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill with good team spirit.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
