职位描述
 Assess business challenges and review existing data and information to properly reframe marketing assignments.
 Effectively distill information down to key insights and integrate into the creative development process at appropriate times.
 Create strategic frameworks that benefit clients and help the Agency better understand and address marketing and communications issues and opportunities.
 Actively gather, share, and apply new learning to the creative process.
 Maintain productive and regular communication with Account Management and Creative Teams.
 Actively participate in new business pitches and business development activities.
 Develop creative briefs and briefing documents that inspire and properly direct creative works.
 Generate strategic presentations that sell the Agency's work.
 Assist in the planning and execution of Disruption Workshops; take charge of specific exercises.
 Clearly articulate a strategic vision in a confident and persuasive manner to clients (ladder, brand integrity check, convention planets, etc.).
 Help to present creative work in a way that convinces clients of the strategic soundness.
任职要求
 Qualitative research or ethnography experience.
 Solid grasp of research principles, design, and methodologies.
 Ability to distill data and findings into simple, relevant, and actionable insights.
 Knowledge and understanding of media analysis, spending, strategy, and new media.
 Knowledge of Branding fundamentals.
 1+ years of experience as an Assistant Planner or a Researcher.
 Strong analytical skills.
 Strong intuitive skills.
 Ability to inspire creative processes.
 Ability to recognize and develop creative ideas.
 Collaborative-minded.
 Professional presentation skills with an ability to present in an interesting and compelling way.
 Good selling and influencing skills.
 Solid interpersonal skills.
 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
 Ability to assess creative briefs ("good", "requires improvement", "inspiring", etc.) and undertake self-criticism.
 Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage own time and activities.
 Inclination for action and implementation.
 Intellectual curiosity.
