Attila&Co. is an integrated communication and PR agency with headquarters in Milan, Italy and Shanghai, China. We are specialized in online and offline communication, events, social media management, in particular for premium and luxury brands mainly in the fashion, design and lifestyle industries.
Our branch in Shanghai is currently looking for an Assistant Digital Manager, reporting to the Digital Manager and Account Director. The position is with frequent working relationship with clients and possibility of interactions with the agency HQ digital & social department. Assist in leading overall digital & social media content planning and coordinate digital campaigns. This position requires leading personality, marketing and fashion sense, account management, creativity, strong operational excellence to support the fashion and lifestyle clients and work cross-teams.
Main Tasks:
· Have clear vision of digital/social trends, mainly Chinese but with a global approach on the international ones;
· Multiple social media retainer clients project supervision;
· Coordinate digital& social focused campaigns, starting from concept to final delivery and KPIs analysis.
· Work closely with key agency partners, based on business objective and clients style.
· Proactively work with the PR/Events departments to integrate social in the marketing and communication plan
· Social and E-commerce planning and operation with a strong sales orientation.
· Monitor budget
· Junior positions supervision

任职要求
Requirements:
· Above Bachelor’s degree
· 3 years+ working experience in mainland China for digital/social media communications in the fashion/lifestyle sector
· Strategic thinking with problem solving skills
· Good project management skill and excellent attention to details
· Proactivity in both researching and proposing concepts and solutions
· Creative, open minded, self-motivated and team player
· Native Chinese and fluent English
· Above Bachelor’s degree
· 3 years+ working experience in mainland China for digital/social media communications in the fashion/lifestyle sector
