You’re an expert Motion Designer and are keen to be part of a small multi-discipline team. You have at least three years industry experience and are excited to work across 2D/3D animation, interaction design, and visual effects.
You are creative, self-motivated and confident in your craft. You take direction well and are not afraid to input new ideas.
What You'll Do:
1. Advance and inspire the visual aesthetic of all our projects and pitches.
2. Collaborate on creative campaigns ranging from online content and experiences.
3. Receive and give direction within a multidisciplinary team of creatives, motion designers, designers, and producers, working together to create world class work.
4. Influence the way that Stink approaches the creative process – we’re a highly collaborative team always looking to improve the way we work.

2. You are an expert in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Cloud.
3. You have an understanding of basic post production, clean-up and color correction for film.
4. Bonus points will be awarded for experience in VR post production, 360° video, Nuke, modeling, rigging, realtime (WebGL and Unity), Substance Designer / Painter.
5. You’re keen to collaborate as part of a team across disciplines.
6. You understand the importance of working to deadlines and working with structured workflows.
