职位描述
Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead tech account team and serve tech related business clients, report to GM directly.
2. Independently communicate with clients to agree on deliverables, timelines etc. Be able to translate clients' request into actions and lead the team to deliver the right answers.
3. Understand business commercial and profitability to manage the workload.
4. Be able to negotiate down any unnecessary requests and provide alternative options.
5. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
6. Manage the relationship with the client and internal teams.
7. Cross checking processes to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within cost/budget.
8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
任职要求
Requirements:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience, has a strong business sense to understand the deliverables and setup the right approach.
2. You are a great leader and manager. You help instill confidence and skill in your team. People really want to work both for and with you, and you have experience working with colleagues in office and remote, across time zones.
3. Be able to understand client's technical project brief, and debrief with a clear step by step plan to the activation team
4. Experience in eCommerce/EC (understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention); it is a complex ecosystem with many moving parts, and you need to communicate how they fit together
5. Experience or training in Digital Marketing (paid advertising, social media, SEO etc); you know the tactics that will drive results
6. Technical aptitude – quick to develop a deep understanding of new software
7. Strong communication skills with strategic thinking, strong client management experiences.
8. Good client management skills with a proven track record of working with senior clients
9. Fluent English speaking and excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
10. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
11. Results and target driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
12. Able to prioritize and multi-task, working with all agency departments as well as independently
