职位描述
You will report to the Account Director, and you will be expected to:
• Arrange external and internal meetings, and liaise with clients to understand briefs
• Plan Ecommerce and marketing projects with the support of channel experts
• Coordinate and lead projects with Ecommerce, Marketing and Tech experts
• Monitor all project stages to guarantee that they run smoothly
• Gather the right internal resources to come up with effective multichannel strategies for your clients
• Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
• Control project budgets and report to Finance
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on project performance
• Arrange weekly and monthly meetings with client to report on project performance

任职要求
• 3 to 6 years of digital marketing experience in agency in the Account Service Team
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics/fragrance/luxury is highly preferred
• Experience in Marketing, Ecommerce, and digital practices in agency highly preferred
• Multi-tasking and detailed driven
• Confident at communicating with clients and team members
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English (Italian is a plus)
• Solution driven mindset on ongoing projects and full awareness of cross-functional processes
• Ability to work under pressure for short period of times
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics/fragrance/luxury is highly preferred
