About the Account Management team:
As part of Meltwater companies, Linkfluence offers world class social intelligence SAAS solutions and services.
Being the first in line when it comes to upselling and renewals, the Account Manager is also responsible for keeping an excellent customer relationship focusing on key enterprise accounts partnerships.
You will work within a Customer Success team including AM, PM and solution experts to strive for success among our clients and develop our existing businesses.
Account Manager main role:
- Ensure a prime customer service and clients’ follow-up
- Drive business practices and specific use-cases to effectively support agreements signed with clients
- Support the Enterprise sales efforts to develop cross sell /upsell opportunities within existing portfolios;
- Design and own a strategic plan to grow your accounts aligned with the company’s vision and roadmap
- Take part to strategic account planning either with HQ or locally (clients quarterly business review)
- As the commercial ownership of the assigned enterprise, coordinate with internal teams towards the aligned business objectives of the account(Customer Success, Engineering, Product, etc.)
More precisely, you will be in charge of:
- Achieve beyond assigned ARR renewal target ;
- Understand, identify and negotiate new business opportunities within your portfolio
- Propose tools and process improvement
- Liaise with teams to build dynamic dashboards
- Retaining customers by offering additional services (new dashboards, new solutions.)
- Build trust and rapport with your clients to drive your strategic plan in a prescriptive manner.
- Followup of your client portfolio user experience with their Radarly and solution usage (i.e. via Pendo tools)

任职要求
- You have at least 2 years Marketing agency or Martech SAAS solution experience
- You are comfortable working with a large portfolio and various types of clients
Experience with with Fashion, Beauty, FMCG or Auto industries’ is a plus (knowledge of the industry dynamics and industry landscape, players)
- You already sold with success a solution-based approach or SAAS approach
- You are passionate about the Internet and knowledge of online media and social web
- You’re enthusiastic and have great interpersonal skills
- You describe yourself with keywords like proactivity, rigor, organization and autonomy
- You are fluent in English and Chinese
