5. 会C4D加分。
Introduction:
Dyson was started by James Dyson and a handful of engineers questioning everyday products, thinking differently and making them better, with a range of products that solve the problems of conventional fans, heaters, purifier, humidifier, hair-dryer and hand driers.
Dyson people are encouraged to think differently, challenge convention (and be unafraid to make mistakes). We’re creative, collaborative, practical, enthusiastic and resourceful.
Overview – department:
The Creative team in GCN CoE is Great China’s own internal creative team, whose work is mainly focused on digital & e-commerce related design, with additional film, print, OOH, PR & social contents. Currently it is composed with Creative Director, Creative Project Managers, Film Creatives, Film makers, Designers and Copywriters. It is a creative outpost of Dyson Group creative team, dedicates to Great China specific communication needs, whilst reporting back to Group through Creative Director to ensure maintenance of brand integrity and tone and manner are correctly implemented in the market.
GCN CoE is working closely with Group digital team as well as China brand and digital marketing team and local trans-creation/design agencies.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all film, motion and animation work is in line with Dyson brand values and follows the relevant brand & design guidelines.
• Editing existing Global assets into appropriate local formats and matched to local consumer viewing behaviours.
• Comping/mocking up full user journeys of the touchpoints where these assets will be viewed as step-by-step visual presentations
• You’ll also capture footage for comping up user journeys and creating case studies.
• Onsite quality check all live assets for correct reproduction.
• Collaborating and conceptualising with local market creative teams to create new local content for market specific events and promotions.
• Overseeing post-production after shoots including checking footage for colour grading, editing, product representation, CGI/SFX quality and Dyson technology messaging.
• Understand the requirements of the platforms where assets are displayed
• Identify emerging trends in motion, animation and similar fields that Dyson should be considering for its online experiences

任职要求
Essential Skills / competencies:
• Outstanding After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator skills. Some knowledge of InDesign and 3D programs is also a bonus.
• A strong technical understanding of typography and grid systems is essential. You will need to understand data and statistics in order to graphically represent them in a clear and compelling way.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint software and putting together presentations that are visually led and easily understood.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent English and Mandarin written and spoken language skills.
