RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing our APAC strategy (with a strong focus on China) when it comes to Marketing; taking the decision on the most profitable tactics for your market and being vigilant in evaluating results against goals. Creating programs to streamline the movement of our prospects through the marketing funnel -using tactics specific to the Chinese market as developing nurturing plans for data enrichment and contact activation.
Setting up our SCRM, ensuring the maintenance of the platform and our database; exploiting its possibilities to the maximum for our lead generation, nurturing and ABM strategy, as well as all of its integration capabilities with the sales CRM (Salesforce).
Build a 360-Program to leverage content through local channels as well as developing mini programs to drive potential customer engagement and business.
Setting up team objectives, tracking KPIs, establishing processes and prioritizing team projects according to the impact that they have on the business/results.
Serve as an ambassador and manage key industry partnerships including local Fashion Weeks, Federations and various professional organizations.
Creating value propositions and actionable messages. We need someone creative who can adapt value propositions to the marketing language and the user's needs through different platforms (i.e. WeChat, Blog Articles and even Email).
Align with various teams across Launchmetrics to support the marketing contribution objectives, ABM global strategy, as well as new product launches.

任职要求
Your Profile
7-10 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing with experiences managing SCRM Tools & Social Media Planning.
You have working knowledge of CRM Systems, like Hubspot and Salesforce. And you are well versed in SEO/SEM for Baidu, Zhihu, etc.
You have previous marketing experiences through WeChat, Weibo, and other key local channels as well as through mini programs
You have excellent writing skills and communication skills
You are able to work independently and to commit to teamwork under time constraints to meet deadlines
You are highly organized and analytical, problem solver and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
You are a Global visioner who always keeps the user in mind when making decisions and a thinker who can make things happen and scale processes to accelerate growth
Ability to speak, read, and write English & Chinese fluently.
