该职位是市场部的重要成员之一,主要负责活动的策划、执行与统筹。作为团队的主要活动相关对接人,该成员需要与总部密切沟通活动整体概念及需求,与供应商协调落地细节,并与市场部及品牌其他部门内部沟通与协作。活动涉及品牌宣传相关的时装或生活方式类活动、客户活动以及一些创意物料的生产。
工作内容:
+活动策划与执行
-Assist with the project overall planning: event concept and scenography development, budget and event timeline planning and monitoring, venue sourcing, vendor sourcing, technical drawing & sample validation, event proposal and documents preparation, and etc.
-Assist to communicate with and supervise agency and 3rd parties (hospitality, catering, logistic and etc.) to ensure qualified work delivery.
-Event on-site execution and quality control.
-Event review and closing file preparation.
-Assist with the communication from diverse angles: PR, social and communication assets creation.

-Coordinate and work closely with inhouse team member and HQ,
-PR stock management with agency,
-Social contents communication with agency.

任职要求
1. 本科以上学历,2年及以上品牌市场或活动策划与执行相关工作经验,通晓时装品牌大小活动项目的各个流程和环节;
2. 对于时装与生活方式领域拥有敏锐的洞察力;
3. 具有较流利的英语说写能力;
4. 熟练掌握office各类软件;
5. 具有较强的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力,具有良好的团队合作精神。
