As a Head of Strategy and Innovation, you will help reinvent businesses by developing and utilizing specialized cross-industry knowledge and framework. You'll be working closely with clients and internal teams to understand mega trends, competitive landscape, consumer insights, and to deep dive into different business models. Your strategic and innovative recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to help shift business focus for and with our clients.
Job Descirption & Responsibilities:
Synthesize multi-source data and provide analysis to derive insights for strategic
decision
Leverage strategy and innovation methodology and framework to help clients with
their toughest business problems
Work with diverse internal teams to help our clients gathering and analyzing
information from the sector, formulating and testing hypotheses to identity
potential pain points, and developing strategy or recommendations
Develop or evaluate business capabilities on where/how clients should invest in
their transformation today and tomorrow to drive business growth
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Based on various digital platform, fully leverage internal and external resources to
setup strategy and execution plan to fulfill client's certain business needs
Scout and leverage platform or ecosystem partners to accelerate clients’ business
model transformation
Focus on customer success, get handson and monitor the project delivery
process
Lead project teams on client engagements and project fulfill, be responsible for
client satisfaction for end-to-end deliveries with timeline, scope budget and execution team management

Requirements:
Solid knowledge and experience in digital transformation, corporate strategy, or
M&A
3+ years working experience in consulting firm as strategy/management
consultant, have overall project planning and management experience, able to
lead conversation with internal and external senior level management
Digital marketing engagement related project experience in
fashion/luxury/beauty/lifestyle/technical industry
Strategic and ecosystem thinking, analytic problem-solving skills, with a creative
and innovative outlook from planning to delivery, from consulting to make it
happen
Outstanding communication & presentation skills, strong strategic and analytical
capabilities, and pay great attention to details
Proactive, action-oriented, and operate with a sense of urgency with
entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and culturally diverse
environment; love to initiatiate, convince and make it happen
Proficient Chinese and English writing and speaking ability
