RedFern Digital is seeking a Senior Digital Executive to join our international team to cultivate and support our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior Digital Executive, you are accountable for the ongoing management and deliverable for clients across our brand portfolio to the highest quality.
i. Ensure brand success across relevant social media and paid media channels
ii. Research and report on digital accounts in line with the client’s specification and demands. Helping the team understand the competitive landscape in order to develop a digital strategy.
iii. Create content together with our suppliers of the highest standard without errors and in line with the content strategy. Maintain and protect at all times the confidentiality of client data, accounts and reports.
iv. Be willing to learn and adapt to managing new digital platforms that the Company may integrate into its service portfolio.
v. Ensure that the client is advised on digital strategy in line with the current regulations, functions and accessibility across the digital landscape.
vi. Work closely with the E commerce and data team to ensure that they can be supported.
vii. Develop a strong sense of design and graphic appeal when creating presentations, content and marketing materials.
viii. Through research and networking, stay aware of business and commercial trends in the clients’ industries so as
to advise and guide clients to make informed decisions related to their digital presence in the market.
ix. Be capable of independently and professionally working on projects and client needs as part of a team and/or individually as required.

任职要求
Requirements:
i. Bachelor degree or above. Major in sociology/marketing/business/research is preferred
ii. At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in social media, paid media across categories
iii. Chinese Native, excellent written and verbal English communication skills
iv. Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
v. Research skills and experience on putting together insights on relevant industry
vi. Multi-task ability and problem-solving ability, with outstanding learning ability, being able to acquire new knowledge and skills in a short time.
vii. Heavy user of social media platforms, include but not limit to WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, Douyin, Billibilli, etc.
viii. Professionally interact with customers, senior-level executives and all other levels of employees.
ix. Be committed to teamwork, achieving results and displaying integrity.
x. Act at all times in a manner committed to growing and enhancing the professional reputation of the Company.
NOT A REQUIREMENT BUT GREAT TO HAVE:
i. Commercial astuteness, self-motivation, maturity, able to work proactively and solve problems.
ii. Work and act resourcefully with a “can-do” result orientated attitude to challenges and problem solving.
iii. Have the ambition and desire to grow with the role of being potential manager.
You will be expected to exhibit the following:
i. Being a professional consultant capable of independently and professionally working on projects and client needs as part of a team and individually as required.
ii. Commercial astuteness, self-motivation, maturity, able to work proactively, solve problems and make decisions unsupervised if need be.
iii. Work and act resourcefully with a “can-do” result orientated attitude to challenges and problem solving.
iv. Have the ambition and desire to grow with the role of being a professional executive and potential manager.
