The Social Planner is responsible for partnering with client services and other functions to develop an innovative strategy that differentiates Resonance’s services and expertise. Develops and maintains client relationships in order to acquire new business. Works with the Head of Client Service to plan, manage, and optimize the brand social media digital strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
According to client’s brief: ideate, plan, manage and execute brand social media digital strategies.
Analyze each client's situation to develop deep insights on their industry, competitive landscape, brand and product environment, and consumer behavior & purchase motivation.
Ensure our social / digital planning is strategically led, considering consumer insight, business insight and coming up with social media led big ideas to deliver value for our client.

任职要求
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above. Minimum 3 years planning / strategy experience in advertising/digital agencies.
Fluent in both Chinese and English; Both spoken and written are required.
Strong analytical capabilities to drive planning products.
Is open and creative in thinking, and always looking for the latest technology or platforms to deliver the brand message in unconventional ways.
Must have good communication and presentation skills, be teamwork oriented, cheerful and talkative.
Must be familiar with China social media (Weibo, WeChat, Tik Tok, KOLs, etc).
