职位描述
1. Strategy
● Support your line manager on the digital marketing strategy of the brand
● Identify upcoming digital marketing trends and suggest relevant applications
● Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
2. Execution
● Coordinate with creative team to prepare timely content planning & assets’ production, quality control before client’s validation
● Manage the backend of the social media platforms, including typesetting & publishing, on WeChat, Weibo & RED
● Community Management: timely answer & management of fans comments on all platforms
● Daily, weekly, monthly communication to support clients’ needs & feedbacks
● Support on campaign execution beyond social media
3. Reporting
● Gather data from KAWO & social media platforms’ backend and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and campaign reports

任职要求
● Experience with WeChat, Weibo, RED publishing & ads backend, ideally worked on KAWO and other typesetting tools
● Knowledge of marketing metrics: CPA, PPC, CTR, CPM, impression, post-click, etc.
● Knowledge in beauty and luxury brands
● Knowledge of fundamental marketing principles, frameworks, channels.
● Passion for Social Media
● Native Chinese speaker with excellent English
● Dynamic, proactive & autonomous
● AI Prompting experience is a plus
