Talent Acquisition Expert (Manager)

Work Location: Shanghai, China
Role Purpose:
As a Talent Acquisition Expert/Manager, you are responsible for promoting a positive image of MullenLowe & MullenLowe Profero and take into account complex factors to landing talent acquisition projects that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners.
In this role, you will be working closely with key senior managers and regional HR.
Key Responsibilities:
(90%) Talent Acquisition Part:
Take the full ownership & accountability to work independently to lead & manage the end-to-end recruiting to enable the business strategy
Understand the business needs and requirements, suggest/identify most suitable resourcing channels
Source and screen applications, arrange and/or interviews, and manage the necessary assessments
Partner with the business and manage relevant stakeholders throughout the process for the best sourcing decision and candidate experience
Continuously improve Talent Acquisition process/channels to meet company strategy, influence change as needed to make recruitment more effective
(10%) Talent Project Part:
Develop ideas, channels to promote MullenLowe & MullenLowe Profero as an attractive employer in China.
Campus Program, internship program, university open day etc.

任职要求
Requirements:
At least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a professional multi-national environment
Proven tech recruiting experience (IT/Website industry) across Project Management, Front-End/Back-End Developer, QA test, Strategic, Copy Writer, UX/UI, Data Analysis etc. is highly preferred
Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media
Fluent communication and good negotiation skills in both English and Chinese
Project Management and good problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure
Strategy thinking ability & strong team spirit
Excel, PPT & office software, good at presentation is highly preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
