任职要求
你需要具备什么素质？
1、本科以上学历，美术类、设计类相关专业，3-5年以上广告行业相关工作经验；
2、需熟练使用各类设计软件，有手绘、插画、C4D能力者优先；
3、熟练VI视觉系统，具备潮流品牌设计经验者优先；
4、有创意、有脑洞，有娱乐敏感度，熟悉创意发展趋势，有独特且大胆的见解
5、有较强的创意能力，创新思维，有自己独到的创意理念，并不是单纯的只做设计，准确理解工作需求并高效完成；
6、精通各种类型的设计技能，包括但不限于PS/AI/Indesign等相关视觉设计软件，且有成熟出街且优秀的作品。
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in arts, design, etc., with more than 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the advertising industry;
2、Need to be proficient in using various design software, hand-painting, illustration, C4D is preferred;
3、Familiar with VI visual system, experience in trend brand design is preferred;
4、Be creative, intelligent, sensitive to entertainment, familiar with creative development trends, and have unique and bold insights
5、Have strong creative ability, innovative thinking, have their own unique creative ideas, not just design, accurately understand work needs and complete them efficiently;
6、Proficient in various types of design skills, including but not limited to PS/AI/Indesign and other related visual design software, and have mature and outstanding works.
