你需要做什么？
1、了解客户的需求与目标，并提出相关解决方案，进行提案和投标；
2、完成项目的创意到执行全过程，包含但不仅限与任何广告形式（大型活动、TVC视频等）；
3、基于项目，与团队内部展开不同的协调管理，全权监督推进项目实施；
4、进行项目复盘，寻找优化方案；
5、与客户建立良好的关系，进行客户维护与争取深度合作机会。
Main Responsibilities
1、Understand the needs and goals of customers, and propose relevant solutions, make proposals;
2、Complete the whole process from the creative to the execution of the project, including but not limited to any form of advertising (events, TVC videos, etc.);
3、Based on the project, carry out different coordination management with the team, and have full authority to supervise and promote the project implementation;
4、Carry out project review and find an optimized plan;
5、Establish a good relationship with customers, carry out customer maintenance and strive for in-depth cooperation opportunities.

任职要求
你需要具备什么素质？
1、本科以上学历，3-5年以上广告行业市场、营销、公关类工作经验，英文能作为工作语言者优先；
2、有较强的阐述比稿能力和ppt/keynote撰写能力，能时刻应付客户方发来的各类需求；
3、卓越的组织和项目管理技能，勤奋、细致和注重细节；
4、具有团队合作精神和人际关系处理能力，以及良好的协调能力；
5、有服务潮流品牌经验者优先；

1、Bachelor degree or above, more than 3-5 years of working experience in advertising, marketing, public relations, English as a working language is preferred;
2、Have a strong ability to elaborate and compare drafts and ppt/keynote writing, able to respond to various needs sent by customers at any time;
3、Excellent organizational and project management skills, diligence, meticulous and attention to detail;
4、Have teamwork spirit and interpersonal relationship management skills, as well as good coordination skills;
5、Experience in service fashion brands is preferred;
