1、负责Future+ Media品牌的总体市场定位及拓展；
2、定期进行市场调研，并出具有数据的市场调研报告；
3、打造品牌知名度,定期对品牌进行维护及升级；
4、制定广告销售战略并制作市场投放策略及办法；
5、策划制造各类线上线下公关、推广、营销类大型或中小型活动等为客户积累良好口碑和宣传；
6、维护定期策划微信，微博、facebook、instagram等公司各大对外social media账号、渠道，懂得制造涨粉、营销话题策略用以维护各平台热度。
Main Responsibilities
1、Responsible for the overall market positioning and expansion of Future+ Media;
2、Regularly conduct market research and issue market research reports with data;
3、Build brand awareness and regularly maintain and upgrade the brand;
4、Formulate advertising sales strategies and formulate market launch strategies and methods;
5、Planning various online and offline public relations, promotion, marketing and other large or small and medium-sized activities to accumulate good reputation and publicity for customers;
6、Maintain regular planning of WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram and other social media, and know how to create fans and marketing topic strategies to maintain the popularity of each platform.

2、懂得娱乐和广告行业营销手段和模式，并不断追逐潮流拓展新渠道；
3、懂得潮流趋势，了解国内外各大social media运营渠道和办法；
4、拥有丰富的市场管理经验，具备较好品牌管理和鉴别能力，有市场前瞻性；
5、具有良好的数据对话经验，能用对的数据说明问题；
6、熟悉国内和国外广告、自媒体和商业媒体以及娱乐广告行业发展趋势，具备围绕市场趋势进行品牌的推广与整合能力；
7、有行业、客户等资源者优先。
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, more than 3-5 years of work experience in advertising, marketing, and public relations, English as a working language is preferred;
2、Understand the marketing methods and models of the entertainment and advertising industries, and continue to follow the trend to expand new channels;
3、Understand the trend, understand the major social media operating channels and methods;
4、Possess rich market management experience, good brand management and discrimination capabilities;
5、Have a good data dialogue experience, can use the right data to explain the problem;
6、Familiar with domestic and foreign advertising, self-media and commercial media, and entertainment advertising industry development trends, and have the ability to promote and integrate brands around market trends;
7、Have customer, brand and other resources are preferred.
