On any given day you might
1. Craft stories and build brands through campaign level thinking and execution
2. Build complex systems and experiences from dynamic interfaces to large systematic websites
3. Oversee the creation and production of designs solutions for our clients
4. Collaborate with Experience Designers to execute the visual portion of a campaign
5. Work with and mentor junior creatives, guiding them to push their work to new levels
6. Partner with other disciplines when possible to create the best possible work

任职要求
5+ years' design experience in web, advertising
Experience working in China is required, preferably currently in China
Proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma
Good English
