职位描述
Support in the development of the integrated marketing plan from Paid Social/Paid KOL perspective, including coordinating activities between multiple campaign functional teams such as creative, digital paid media and event.
To drive collaboration and maximize Paid Social/Paid KOL approach efforts.

Request:
Media/Social media related:
-Evaluate media efforts results and prepare measures of success. (campaign-based)
-Establish and monitor performance benchmarks and media cost to ensure campaign outcomes receive best possible business benefit levels.
-Analyze/understand social media trends as well as translate into strategy.
-Compile third party data sources information (social media and KOL focused) such as Data story/Miaozhen etc.
-Good understanding and practice on mainstream social media such as platform advantage and key influential category. (weibo/WeChat/Douyin/Red/Zhiu/Bilibili etc.)

Paid KOL related:
-familiar with KOL selection and evaluation standard. Auto/Fashion/Lifestyle industry experience is preferred.
-has hands-on experience of KOL recommendation and campaign management.

任职要求
6 years of experience (managerial experience advantageous).
Excellent time/project management.
Ability to work on different projects simultaneously
Task-focused and Solution-oriented is preferred
Excellent communication skills - proven ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, presentation skills, build and nurture cross functional relationships.
