职位描述
As the content director, you’ll build and lead a team of professionals to create meaningful connections between international lifestyle brands and Chinese netizen culture. Your job will be chief editor and creative powerhouse, ensuring your large creative team crafts compelling brand messages that excite and engage every day.
Your primary task is to create messaging that resonates and inspires action. You’ll do this across WeChat, Weibo, Red, Douyin, Bilibili and other platforms. You’ll become expert in short videos, livestream, KOL, H5, mini programs and more. You’ll be on the cutting edge of digital marketing, working many of the world’s most interesting brands.
作为内容总监,你将建立并领导一支专业团队,帮助国际品牌与中国消费者之间建立更深及更有效的沟通。你是团队中的主编和创意中心体,确保创意团队持续输出令人兴奋,同时可以激发消费者与品牌互动的内容。
你的主要任务是在数字营销领域中创造出能够引发共鸣和出圈的传播项目。包括但不限于微信、微博、小红书、抖音、哔哩哔哩等平台。你将成为短视频、直播、KOL、H5、小程序等方面的专家,并且始终处于数字营销的前沿,与众多全球知名且有趣的品牌合作。
任职要求
1. Minimum 7 years of experience in management for social/digital agencies
7年以上社交/数字营销广告公司的经验
2. High creative capabilities in both art and copy. Able to fuse the two together into compelling brand communications
美术与文案创作能力强,擅长打造引人注目的品牌传播
3. Familiar with popular Chinese social media and digital platforms
熟悉中国主流的社交媒体和数字平台
4. Creative and aesthetic, able to direct designers and copywriters
拥有高审美和创造性思维,具备优秀的领导能力和团队合作精神,协调各部门间(如设计、文案等)的项目合作
5. Capable speaking and writing ability in both Chinese and English
优秀的中英文听说读写能力
6. Capable MS Office, PS, AI, and other relevant software
熟练掌握MS office,PS,AI等相关办公软件
