职位描述
1. 建立及维护与各类线上媒体（包括站内外达人及明星.淘宝.淘达人.小红书.微信.微博等）的合作关系，拓展媒体渠
道；
2. 熟悉各媒介平台的合作方式及合作价格，制定并优化媒体投放方案；
3. 具有强有力的谈判能力，整合媒介资源，将公司利益最大化；
4. 监看媒体投放效果，进行相关数据收集与分析，及时优化投放效果；
5. 高项目参与度，与客户部共同协作，制定媒介策略，指导媒介执行的工作，确保落地执行；
6. 与媒体对接并沟通执行工作，确定合同条款，跟进合同的签订；
7. 合理安排部门工作，对团队进行管理.培养和激励。
1. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with various digital media (including on-site and
outside stars, Taobao, Taobao celebrites, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo, etc.) to expand media channels;
2. Familiar with the cooperation mode and price of various media platforms, and formulate and optimize
the media delivery plan;
3. Have strong negotiating ability, integrate media resources, and maximize the company's interests;
4. Monitor the effectiveness of media delivery, conduct relevant data collection and analysis, and optimize
the delivery effect in a timely manner;
5. Participate in high project participation, cooperate with the client's departments, and formulate media
strategy, guide media execution, and ensure implementation;
6. Intersect with the media and communicate the implementation work, determine the terms of the
contract, and follow up the signing of the contract;
7. Arrange the department's work reasonably; manage, train and inspire the team.

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上数字营销或社交媒体相关经验，熟知各类KOL.社交及直播平台.自媒体等；
2. 具备媒体价值分析能力及媒体效果评估能力，有美妆及快消品类KOL资源者佳；
3. 有一定的媒介谈判技巧，沟通力.应变力及抗压力强；
4. 良好的团队领导力，能带领团队达成目标；
5. 熟练运用MS Office软件，尤其是Excel及PowerPoint软件。
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media, familiar
with various KOLs on social media and live broadcast platforms, self-media, etc.;
2. Have the ability to analyze media value and media performance, and have good KOL resources for beauty
and fast-moving products;
3. Have certain media negotiation skills, communication skills, resilience and resistance to stress;
4. Good team leadership to lead the team to achieve goals;
5. Proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint software.
