Role
Shanghai.monks, the Shanghai office of global creative company media.monks, is looking for a Account Director. As our account director you join our client service team and drive the growth of our key clients. Working closely with the client and as well as internal teams, you deliver growth through building trust with your clients, by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Client servicing of senior clients in brand/marketing/digital teams
- Strategic advisory to clients on marketing, strategic and creative challenges
- Driving growth and profitability of the clients you manage
- Project management to ensure flawless delivery of projects across strategy & creative, film & content and digital & experiential.
- Creating and negotiation of scopes and quotations
- Managing a team of account executives/managers and setting them up for success
- Spotting growth opportunities beyond client briefs

- Strong team management skills
Requirements
- Have worked at least 6 years in a senior account management role
- Have worked in a creative / digital / social / performance marketing agency before
- Bi-lingual in English and Chinese
