On any given day you might
Create evolved and futuristic experiences that better our world
Conduct research, interviews, design explorations, and strategic analysis
Identify and understand the client business context, demands and opportunities
Uses qualitative and quantitative data and insights to inform design decisions
Contribute to the definition scope and phasing of project timelines
Facilitate workshops with various teams and stakeholders
Provide deliverables including proof of concept, wireframes, flows, personas, service blueprints and prototypes
Present work to internal teams and clients
Track and monitor progress on development and quality of the experience

5+ years' experience in Experience
Has successfully launched projects that demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinking
Is a self-starter who will bring out-of-box ideas and fresh approaches to projects
Understands customer needs, motivations and behaviors and translate them into actionable deliverables
Understands interactive experiences, channels, and design principles
Is up to speed on emerging technology
Is exceptionally organized and able to switch between different projects in a fast-paced environment
Is a natural collaborator and comfortable working directly with clients
Exemplifies grace under pressure
Has exceptional presentation skills
Fluent in Chinese and English
Proficiency in the Sketch, Figma, Adobe CS, Invision and Protopie
