Role
Shanghai.monks, the Shanghai office of global creative company media.monks, is looking for the most resourceful Traffic Manager. You are the spider in our web, coordinating creative resources across all pitches and projects. You understand what type of work requires what type of talent, and pull teams together that are a perfect fit for the task at hand. You manage our internal resource planning, profitability metrics, as well as our freelancer pool.
Responsibilities
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly resource planning
- Freelancer pool management
- Liaison with other regional and global offices for production resources
- Reporting on hours based on time booked and spend, and profitability metrics
Requirements
- Ability to make sense of and structure a lot of ambiguous information in a short time
- Ability to quickly prioritize, restructure, be flexible and fast
- Ability to understand the skills and capabilities of each talent in the company
- Ability to understand the type of work we do, and what talents are required to deliver what
- Ability to understand how long / how many days each tasks requires

任职要求
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in traffic, creative resource management or studio manager
- At least 5 years experience in the advertising industry
- Have a freelancer pool to tap into right away
- Bi-lingual - English and Chinese
