职位描述
• Provide high-quality service work including daily management of clients' social media accounts, PR and social media content development, events' support, operational logistics, influencer marketing, financial process, etc.
• Demonstrate a strong network of media and KOLs; pitch and secure good coverage for our clients.
• Provide high-quality written materials required in the agency business (e.g. emails, meeting minutes, press releases, feature, task list, briefing book, operational rundown, timeline, etc.)
• Provide client service support and act as daily contact for routine services.
• Manage small-scale projects working with staff and vendors, including tracking financial details.
• Conduct market research in English / Chinese for brands.
• Proactively offer solutions to always deliver KPIs and actionable metrics.
• Support agency's new business by helping put together plans and proposals.
• Proactively contribute to the development of the agency and work collaboratively across the agency at all levels.

任职要求
• Have 2-3 years' working experience in PR, e-PR, social, digital, Corp Comm or Marketing department, agency or in-house.
• Capable of delivering good results for retainer clients and projects, doing researches and developing reports; supporting strategic planning skills.
• Good knowledge and connection with media, new media and KOLs.
• Good knowledge and experience on social account operation. Basic design capability as a plus.
• Excellent copywriting skills on PR documents as well as social post/articles in both Chinese and English.
• Excellent communication skill in managing clients, media & KOLs and partners.
• Proven leadership abilities in managing juniors or interns.
• Good oral English.
• Consistently meets deadlines and attentive to details and quality.
• Solid knowledge and skills in all Microsoft Office program.
• Bachelor's Degree or plus.
