职位描述
As a Senior Designer at Siegel+Gale, you will:
Collaborate with Design Director, and Creative Director to create conceptual design solutions, which support brand strategy
Refine and develop all aspects of chosen design concept
Work with production team to ensure integrity of design in final deliverables
Manage, train and mentor Designers and Junior Designers
Prepare materials for client and internal meetings
Manage scheduling and coordination of project deliverables with Consultant/Project Manager
Present design refinements to clients
Participate in new business efforts as requested

You're a great fit for this position if you have:
Extensive knowledge of typography, layout, color sense and the latest design tools including PhotoShop, InDesign, QuarkXpress and Illustrator
Strong interpersonal capabilities
Solid time management skills
The ability to adhere to project budgets and deadlines
Ability to simplify
Digital expertise
The ability to travel as required
4+ years of innovative design experience in a design, consulting or advertising firm with multi industry clients
Undergraduate degree (B.F.A.) or equivalent; or 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination education and experience.
