Main Responsibilities
1.Be responsible for the overall market positioning and expansion of Future+ Media brand;
2.Do market research regularly, produce market research reports with data;
3.Brand maintenance and upgrade regularly,create brand awareness;
4.Assist sales department to develop advertising sales strategy;
5.Plan all kinds of online and offline public relations, promotion, marketing large or small and medium-sized events or interaction for followers to accumulate good reputation and publicity.

任职要求
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, at least 3-5 years experience in marketing and public relations and 3 years management experience;
2.Understand the entertainment and advertising industry marketing methods and models, and continue to follow the trend to expand new channels;
3.Get to know the trend of trends, understand the domestic and foreign social media operating and methods;
4.Has rich market management experience of Party A, good brand management and identification ability, market forward-looking;
5.Good handling data experience, able to use the right data to illustrate the problem;
6.Have project/brand management experience and excellent ppt/keynote writing skills;
7.Have a certain aesthetic skills and creative ability, be able to get customers and brand content and better assist brand upgrading;
8.Familiar with domestic and foreign advertising, from the media and commercial media and entertainment advertising industry trends, with the market trends around the promotion and integration of brands.

1.本科以上学历,3-5年以上甲方市场、营销、公关类工作经验,至少有三年以上管理层工作经验;
2.懂得娱乐和广告行业营销手段和模式,并不断追逐潮流拓展新渠道;
3.懂得潮流趋势,了解国内外各大social media运营渠道和办法;
4.拥有丰富的甲方市场管理经验,具备较好品牌管理和鉴别能力,有市场前瞻性;
5.具有良好的数据对话经验,能用对的数据说明问题;
6.有项目/品牌管理经验,ppt/keynote撰写技能优秀;
7.具备一定审美技能和创意能力;能随时get到客户以及品牌的内涵并更好的协助品牌升级;
8.熟悉国内和国外广告、自媒体和商业媒体以及娱乐广告行业发展趋势,具备围绕市场趋势进行品牌的推广与整合能力;
