Main Responsibilities
1.The creative energy is bursting, which can accurately grasp and tap the brand's needs;
2.Strong sensitivity to video creative, grasp creative direction and visual expression, inspire creative team members to generate creative ideas, coordinate resources of various departments, and lead creative teams to execute projects.;
3.Ultra-high aesthetic taste, control quality and tone. Establish the average level of team creative work, train and promote the effectiveness of creative output of the department.;
4.Reasonably allocate and manage creative resources to maximize creative output;
5.Responsible for organizing team brainstorming and completing ideas, from drafting to finalizing the draft;
6.Brain-minded, understand all kinds of advertising and marketing planning knowledge inside and outside the industry;
7.Have enough video knowledge reserves, and have a wide range of interests.

任职要求
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, art or design experience is preferred, English work communication is accessible;
2.Design or Art base / Screenwriter, copywriter base;
3.Familiar with various design software if you are Art base, not purely rely on design team to complete the work;
4.Ability to independently complete creative ideas and execution, and not only rely on "mouth" to work;
5.Be creative, brain-minded, have entertainment sensitivity, be familiar with creative development trends, and have unique and bold insights;
6.Strong communication and expression skills and customer service skills, proactive, serious and responsible, hardworking;
7.Rich management experience in creative team, proficient in proposal skills, outstanding works;
8.Proficient in all types of design skills, including but not limited to PS/AI/Indesign/video editing & video creative with outstanding works.

7.具备丰富的创意团队管理经验，提案技巧熟练，拥有杰出的作品；
8.精通各种类型的设计技能，包括但不限于PS/AI/Indesign/video editing & video creative，且有优秀的作品。
