职位描述
1. Direct report to Media Planning Director.
2. Assist to set media objective, analyze market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy.
3. Independent to construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy.
4. Well knowing the process of top social media resource like WeChat, Weibo, Tik Tok, Red etc.
5. Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas.
6. Good communication skills with media and internal teams to work out the solution to request.

任职要求
1. 3-4 media planning experience with good understanding of the work flow of advertising and preferably experience in other forms of communication channel etc.
2. Good communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively.
3. Able to prioritize jobs & communicate these priorities to the team and motivate all members.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing.
5. Computer knowledge, especially PPT in English is a must.
