职位描述
• Execution of a marketing and communications strategy to drive the CMO agenda
• Coordinate the integrated regional and local launch of signature programs (i.e. CMO Engagement Program, Big Ideas podcast)
• Program/campaign management and execution in local market
• Ensure messages are clear and impactful and consistent across all channels
• Working with teams across the company to identify and support opportunities to increase our share of voice and amplify the Business of Experience and Interactive’s positioning internally and externally
• Content development and dissemination through multiple client touchpoints
• Work to execute VIP event programs such as SXSW and Cannes Lions (CL) Festival of Creativity and the associated workstreams including content, CMO inclusion, comms plan & social plus event logistics and operations for local participation
• Work on Accenture Interactive Awards workstream and help them identify and maximize external-facing Awards opportunities for us to enter, participate and win, to promote programs and build brand awareness in line with our new positioning
• Client case story development
• Video/audio/asset creation
• Storytelling/copy writing
• Performance reporting and measuring impact to continuously optimize campaigns and their execution
• Adhere to applicable policies and procedures
任职要求
Education: Bachelor's Degree or other equivalent University Degree

Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience with strong emphasis in creative and digital marketing, and demonstrated ability in integrated marketing

Work Requirements: Ability to work well with teams and in managing multiple stakeholders locally and regionally

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Accenture marketing and Accenture Interactive experience preferred
• Broad overall business acumen
• Strong Project Management skills
• Multi-channel marketing experience
• Strong budget management and financial reporting skills
• Executive level presence and influence
• Ability to manage and build relationships in a matrix organizational environment with people at all levels
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a very fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Passion for strategic, well-executed marketing programs
• Team player
• Ability to work autonomously and independently yet integrate appropriately and work collaboratively with other areas within Marketing & Communications and other areas within Accenture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues.
• Able to influence levels of leadership within Accenture's large, matrixed organization through relationship building and strong executive-level presence.
