2. JOB DESCRIPTION
PLANNING & STRATEGY:
• Help formulate e-commerce activity plans, including but not limited to product launch plans, integrated marketing plans, etc.
• Help produce e-commerce strategies, including appropriate combinations of promotion platforms, products and content
REPORTING:
• Produce valuable reports, including but not limited to campaign reports, quarterly and annual reports, etc.
• Provide valuable insights and contribute to the sound development of business
KOL DEVELOPING:
• Familiar with the social environment and discover content KOLs suitable for our campaign.
• MCN agency contact and communication, deal with business cooperation matters
• Manage and operate of the KOL pool to help achieve the annual target of KOLs.
REASEARCH:
• Maintain a keen eye for the industry and produce insightful reports. Including competitor research, product research, and e-commerce industry research
3. KEY PERFORMANCE MATRICS
• Manage the operation and delivery of influencers.
• Oversee and keep on track e-commerce marketing, bring the team insightful plans.
• Evalutate client and market reactions to campaigns, ensure eimely adjustment of atrategy to meet chanding client and market needs.

• Minimum 2 years working experience on social marketing/Ecommerce marketing.
• Femilier with sports brand/market is an advantage.
• Good communication skill.
• High sense of social.
