• 具备良好设计功底和画面美感，根据需求完成各类项目设计（VI、KV、包装设计、延展物料等）
• 协助收集项目创意素材，参与创意概念头脑风暴，提出创意想法。
• 支持项目的不同阶段：探索性创造，调整，图形指南等的实施，改编，最终确定。
• 支持品牌经理和战略规划师所需要的设计工作。
> Research, develop, design, and create comprehensive brand systems, concepts and campaigns.
> Drive projects from initial concept to final production while adhering to critical deadlines.
> Support different phases of a project: exploratory, adjustments, adaptation to finalization.
> Collaborate with account managers, strategist, to build the assigned brand.
> You will work closely with Shanghai & Paris team.

任职要求
• 你有3-5年的设计工作经验
• 你可以适应多元文化的工作环境，用英语和中文沟通
• 你热爱好的设计，好奇，并敢于尝试新的东西
• 你对VI和包装设计有很好的了解
• 你有责任心，有效率，并可以按时完成设计工作
• 良好的Web design/ 3D /Illustration是额外加分项
> You have 3-6 years of experience .
> You speak English and Chinese.
> You have experience in branding, packaging. 3d is a plus.
> You are passionate about great design, curious and think out of the box.
> You are responsible, efficient and able to meet deadlines.
> You are open to work in a multicultural environment.
