职位描述
- Deliver the Ogilvy strategy, specifically developing customer-centric user engagement (用户运营) and operation strategies in brand’s privately owned platform and social platforms.
- Independently complete the strategic services to current clients and on new business pitches
- Conduct user analysis and use data insight to direct user management strategy and tactics.
- Strong working capability in development of customer persona, journey, acquisition ideas, engagement programs and operational plans that integrate appropriate digital and outbound media including email, direct mail, social media, websites and traditional advertising
- Able to prioritize acquisition channels
- Design and conduct A/B testing
- Suggest and optimize tactics for user engagement programs
- Develop and present strategic recommendations
- Conduct Qualitative and Quantitative research plans

任职要求
- Chinese proficiency. Good English preferred
- Bachelor Degree Above
- Industry experience: auto, insurance, e-commerce, internet, smart devices and internet companies a plus
- Overall work experience of 3+ years, with 2+ years of experience in growth hack/user acquisition
- Experience from an internet company or product management is desired
- Experience with social platform (Wechat, Douyin, RedBook) is desired
