We Are Social is looking for a new planner to join our team in Shanghai.
You qualify for this job if you:
- Know the trick of asking why five times to get to the real answer, and use that trick whenever you get a chance
- Can process information faster than AI… and if not faster, at least better
- Love, love, love social media
- Love, love, love finding new trends and data about social media
- Know the difference between quantitative and qualitative research and know when to use which one
- Understand millennials, Gen Z, Gen Y, Gen X, children, elderly consumers (any also any other TA that we missed)
- Can name 20 KOL’s in a single breath, then 20 more in another breath
- Don’t know anyone who can Baidu or Google better than you
- Can take a brief and immediately come up with a consumer hypothesis
- Want to be a part of a growing team of kindred spirits
- Know how to be cool and work with other people

任职要求
Our ideal candidate should also have the following qualifications:
- Around 2 years of work experience in agencies; relevant experience in consulting or research will also be considered.
- Open-minded with global view, feel comfortable enough to read and speak English anytime
- Can give us a new book recommendation every week
- A university degree is a must.
