- 全面了解客户业务及其所处行业，挖掘所服务品牌的潜在诉求，并将其融入项目的策划与提案中；
- 根据合同服务范围，与团队和客户沟通明确要求和任务，匹配相关资源；

- Fully understand the client's business and market, while ensuring the project planning and briefs are in place.
- Communicate with the team and clients according to the scope of services, clarify requirements and tasks, and match relevant resources.
- Forecast and grade potential project risks, and formulate adjustment plans and emergency strategies.
- Follow up and supervise the implementation of each functional team to ensure the timely and up to standard delivery of tasks.
- Grasp the market trends, and actively provide clients with suggestions on the development of digital marketing.
- Lead and motivate team members, maintain client relationship and bridge the communication between team and brand.

任职要求
- 1年以上视频相关行业经验，在客户服务、策略制定或项目管理团队中曾担任主要角色；
- 熟悉主流视频社交媒体渠道（如：哔哩哔哩、西瓜视频等）；
- 了解视频制作环节，熟悉相关行业术语；
- 具有媒体购买和发布经验，账号运营及孵化经验；
- 优秀的沟通表达能力，能够向内部和外部提供清晰简洁的想法；
- 积极主动，学习能力强，时间观念强，有良好的信息管理技能和多任务处理能力；
- 普通话和英语流利（口语和书面），有创业经验、留学经验者优先考虑。
- At least 1 year experience in video related industry, with major role in customer service, strategy making or project management team;
- Familiar with mainstream video social media channels (such as BiliBili, watermelon video, etc.);
- Understand the video production process, familiar with the relevant industry terminology;
- Experience in media purchasing and publishing, account operation and incubation;
- Excellent communication skills, able to provide clear and concise ideas to internal and external;
- Initiative, strong learning ability, strong sense of time, good information management skills and multi task processing ability;
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written), entrepreneurial experience, overseas experience is preferred.
