The Creative Director is responsible for the overall creative direction of a few client accounts.
Creative Directors lead and direct creative teams to create innovative, culturally influential ideas for W+K’s clients.
Along with brand management team and strategy team, sets the creative tone and long-term strategic goals for client account
Provides leadership and professional development to creatives, and inspires everyone in the agency; mentors and trains employees, demonstrates empathy, looks out for people's well-being
Can always get to solutions, oversees execution of all creative work from concept to completion to ensure work conforms to high creative standards and is on brief, on budget and on schedule
Provides constructive feedback to creative teams’ work
Builds and maintains top-level client relationships; acts as senior-level contact to clients; attends all high-profile campaign presentations, shoots and edits
Oversees concept development for and participates in new business pitches as needed
Keeps up to date with popular culture and exhibits best in class production skill, aware of current trends in creative work produced within the industry

A proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking
skills and maintaining composure in stressful situation
Ability to submit a reel and portfolio of creative work
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
