We are looking for a new Senior Designer to join our Shanghai team. We work across a range of global clients as well as local brands and clients. We are looking for exceptional senior design talent to create the future of some of the world’s most cherished brands.
You'll be collaborative, insightful & skilled, eager to create strategic and beautiful solutions for our clients.
You will be part of a creative team and will work closely with a team of specialists across the business, championing your design work from initial concept through to completion.
As a Senior Designer you will be responsible for responding to client briefs, collaborating with account management and the wider design team to generate concepts.
Once a design has been selected then you will be responsible for realising that design through to final artwork including the supervision of any photography, hand letter, illustration etc that is commissioned.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have 3+ years experience in a top branding design agency.
- Have an excellent understanding of FMCG design with proven packaging experience.
- Be passionate about great design, detail oriented and ideas driven.
- Be a team player and comfortable mentoring junior talent.
- Be curious and eager to learn.
- Have some VI experience.
- Be experienced and capable of carrying projects from concept through production.
- Be fluent in Mandarin.
