Responsibilities 职责范围
• Understand client’s requirements, brief the creative and strategic planning teams and pitch creative strategies to clients.
了解客户的需求，向创意和战略规划团队简要介绍，并向客户推广创意策略。
• Sell online & traditional advertising spaces across all of companies' properties.
销售所有公司生意平台的在线和传统广告空间。
• Manage advertising campaigns, build proposals and customize ideas for clients.
管理广告活动，构建提案并为客户定制创新主意。
• Define and develop new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies.
与广告商和代理商一起定义并开发新的商机。
• Work closely with the Creative, Editorial and Account Servicing teams to successfully manage and execute advertising campaigns from beginning to end.
与创意团队，编辑，客户代表密切合作，能从头到尾成功的管理和执行广告活动。
• Proactively research and update yourself on new online marketing and digital trends and ideas.
积极研究和更新自己對在线营销和市場趋势和想法。

Requirements 要求
• 1-2 years of work experience in Account Management within Advertising Agencies, 4As is highly preferred.
具有一至兩年广告代理机构客户管理的工作经验，4A代理商是首选。
• Internet savvy and familiar with fashion, beauty, sportswear or youth culture is highly preferred.
首选精通互联网且熟悉时尚，美容，街头运动服饰或青年文化的人。
• Solid background in project management of ATL and Digital category.
具有扎实ATL和数码媒体类别的项目管理的背景。
• Significant experience in professional client relationship management, and demonstrate customer service attitude with both internal and external contacts.
拥有专业客户关系管理方面的丰富经验，并对内部和外部联系人展示客户服务态度。
• A self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
