Job Responsibilities:
1. Do research on the industry of your clients and position for social platform and eCommerce platform.
2. Develop and localize branded content direction for brands’ official platform.
3. Establish a strategic approach to social media content and eCommerce platform planning.
4. Suggest on how to optimize the mechanism of fans acquisition and sales conversion.
5. Marketing Strategic planning and campaign planning.
6. KPI Setting.
7. Study and Implication learning from research/data analysis.
8. Trend and Insight observation and sharing.
9. Help others on brand strategy, including market trends learning, competitor learning, ect.

任职要求
Position Requirements:
1. At least 5 years working experience in digital agency
2. Solid experience in managing social media platforms and eCommerce platform, with demonstrated success with defining, implementing and optimizing a social media strategy.
3. Deep knowledge of trends and business strategies for international brands on social and eCommerce platforms in the China market
4. Communication profession and skill.
5. Marketing Sense/strategy & Ideation ability.
6. Fluent written and spoken English.
7. A quick learner, a self-starter, a team player who is able to work independently, and willingness (and ability) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility.
