Main Responsibilities
1.Research and dig up viewing the attributes of high-end video platforms, dig up topic video selection, creative content according to needs.
2.Organize shooting and video production, responsible for scheduling and quality control.
3.Follow up post production, supervise and cooperate with post production to ensure the quality of video production.
4.Can individually produce video from brainstorm stage to post-production stage is preferred.
5.Self-media owner is a plus.

1.Bachelor degree or above, TV director or related major graduate, 3-5 years of video planning experience.
2.With script ability and creative thinking, familiar with lens language and various film and television methods to output ideas.
3.Strong sense of beauty, big and active thinking, many ideas, quickly produce attractive content based on current trends.
4.A strong interest in high quality film production, addicted users of platform such as Buzzfeed, 二更，一条，Vice, bilibili etc. are preferred.
5.Excellent English is preferred.
6.Please provide independent works when applying this position.

1.本科及以上学历，电视编导或导演相关专业毕业，3-5年以上高端视频策划经验；
2.具备段子撰写能力及有创意的互联网思维，熟悉镜头语言和各种影视手法将想法落地输出
