Senior Strategist     

We’re looking for a Strategist to join our fast-growing team, a professional who can lead the teams and take full-on responsibility for defining objectives toward developing strategy across the marketing spectrum spanning branding, communication, campaign, social digital and activations, to drive business, brand consistency and overall market growth of our clients.


Responsibilities
- To be the strategic leader for specific brands, including new business opportunities
- To be able to define consumer, brand and category insights through qualitative and quantitative research
- Partner with client servicing and creative team, to develop strategy decks to Clients.
- Identify social & cultural trends that can help clients to find new business opportunities or adjust the business & marketing directions and give actionable strategic inputs
- Plan and help facilitate workshops for internal and clients

Skills
- Demonstrable research knowledge - to run qualitative and quantitative research
- Ability to develop and articulate insights, brand positioning and campaign propositions
- Ability to develop and articulate communication, social, campaign and experiential activation strategies
- Strong presentation skills in bilingual
- Strong powerpoint/keynote skills, an eye for design and good at using visuals to communicate
- Stay curious and hunger for information to understand the markets, the consumers and clients’ businesses better, be result-oriented
- Trends/fashion lifestyle/beauty experience is a plus


Qualifications
- 6-8 years experience
- Strong insights and brand strategy capability
- Strong campaign strategy capability
- Strong pitch winning track record
- Able to be hands-on and comfortable on multi-tasking at a fast pace
- Strong oral and written skills in both English and Chinese
