The ideal candidate will:
• Oversee photographers and film director on campaign productions. Making sure that assets live up to the conceptual expectation and everything has a consistent look and feel when working with different vendors.
• Nurture designers on how to better execute visual concepts, and also roll up the sleeves and lead by example on both thinking and making of creative work.
• Ensure a high standard of visual execution all across the board: from a profile picture to big production pieces.
• Review the work of designers and provide direction and feedback
• Inspire and motivate designers be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work
• Uncover new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.

• Proved proficiency as a thinker, ability to translate client briefs into crisp visual brilliance.
• A strong game of image manipulation, typography and animation.
• Detail-orientated, accurate eye.
• Great awareness of the social media landscape.
