具备“能做”、“可以试试”的心态。
2年以上线上图形、动画、界面、页面布局等设计经验。
熟练使用PS, AI等软件，会Sketch和其他技术就更好了。
有设计制作网站地图、内容框架和各类页面设计的经验。
能够对网页开发人员提供指导意见。
有效管理项目进度，按时完成工作。
善于团队协作，能承受一定工作压力。
会说英语就更好了。
Mandatory requirement:
Solution, not problem oriented mindset.
2 years or above experience of creating Web graphics, animations, user interfaces, and layouts for use in online advertising and web projects.
Strong working experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and other softwares are plus.
Experience in working with site maps, wireframes, and other information design documents for web sites and online advertising.
Experience providing art direction to Web Developers.
Ability to self-manage projects and work within time deadlines.
Team oriented, self-motivated.
English skills is a plus.
