职位描述
This position provides administrative support to Partners of the company. Manage communications and logistics support with senior management leaders in China, also with Global visitors. The incumbent shall maintain, track and follow up on management initiatives so as to ensure decisions made by leadership team are executed as planned and take the lead of any projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage office/company related documents through a well-established control process
2. Supports the activities and initiatives of the Partners by actively tracking and facilitating the implementation of decisions made by the leadership team through coordination direct participation and logistics support as necessary.
3. Plans, arranges and coordinates specific meetings, occasions, operations, meetings, presentations, conferences, celebration events or other group activities. Coordinates the planning and establishes the goals and objectives for conferences, meetings and/or events with respect to meeting budgets, speakers, facilities, technology, equipment, logistical requirements, and other related issues.
4. Manages the work calendar of the Partners and prioritizes meetings. Scope covers schedule of meetings, booking of conference rooms and equipment (where applicable).
5. Provides secretarial, administrative and travel support to the Partners. This includes bookings of domestic and overseas flights, preparing travel visas/entry permits, bookings of hotels. As for the administrative support, incumbent is expected to answer enquiries where knowledgeable or redirect enquiries to other appropriate resource persons.
6. Writes/revises communication materials. Researches, assembles and disseminates organization-related materials and documentation as required. Handles/processes confidential correspondence, reports and preparatory materials.
7. Keep other team members informed of issues via email, voicemail. Though not a team leader or manager, keep other administrative assistants in the loop when issues arise within the organization. Take the lead in informing others if it benefits the division, and knowing when not to inform others due to confidentiality, timing, sensitivity, etc.

任职要求
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Business/English or other relevant majors;
2. Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 7 years in a managerial capacity in
multinational Companies operating in China.
3. Office management and support senior manager experience is a plus.
