职位描述
1. Set and maintain the creative direction and goals to craft a multi-platform content strategy with an emphasis on high-end storytelling in order to bring an emerging technology to be accepted and understood in the consumer world; 2. Generate original and innovative ideas across multiple channels that maximize the consumer engagement to the brand;
3. Creative directed all video, photo and copy of content for product launches and events;
4. Able to organize and present concepts in a clear manner;
5. Develop the team member to be equipped with digital/new media knowledge;
6. Hire, coach, and manage team members.

任职要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. 10+ years of professional creative experience, rich team management experience in agency and inhouse is a plus;
3. Ability to generate big ideas that can be adopted on multiple media touch points to provide brand experience to consumers;
4. Strong art direction, strong presentation skills, strong story-telling ability and effective client relations skills;
5. Ability to edit videos and hand-sketching is a plus;
6. Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines;
7. Ability to mentor creative personnel and foster learning and excellence among team；
8. Proficiency in both written and oral English.
