职位描述
1. Conceive the development of all materials (copy) to ensure that creative concepts are strategically on target and art meets company standards of creative excellence.

2. Work closely with the art based Creative Director/Associate Creative Director, as well as the Planning team.
与美术方向的创意总监/副总监以及策略团队成员密切合作
3. Lead and supervise the creative copy development for the offline and online projects for Serviceplan
领导和监督线下和线上公司项目的创意文案开展
4. Take project lead and responsibility on campaign ideas and copy direction
负责项目领导和宣传活动的创意和文案指导
5. Lead, nurture & supervise the copy team on the projects from inception stage, idea generation and production stages
领导、培养和监督从项目开始阶段、创意产生阶段和制作阶段的文案团队
6. Assure creative projects meet briefs and/or company objectives, as well as timelines and budgets.
确保创意项目符合brief和/或公司目标,以及时间表和预算。
7. Guide the client from a creative point of view.
从创造性的角度引导客户
8. Maintain and enhance the quality of the overall project in terms of copy.
从文案的角度维护和提高整个项目的质量。
9. Inspire our content & client service to execute and defend your ideas and creativity. Constantly encourage creative, inspirational team spirit.

10. Strategic planning and detail minded.

任职要求
1. Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Art or equivalent.
本科以上学历,市场营销、传播、广告、美术或同等学历者优先。
2. Outstanding Chinese copy with auto background. English copy is a plus.
优秀的汽车背景中文文案。英文文案加分
3. Over 8-10 years’ experiences of working in digital and classical advertising agencies, among which minimal 6 years’ creative management experience in China
8-10年以上数字和传统广告公司工作经验,其中至少6年在中国的创意管理经验
4. Excellent track record in award winning performance with famously effective works
在获奖作品方面有着卓越的成绩,并有着著名的高效作品
5. Full of awesome ideas and being able to complete work independently, as well as with the team members.

6. Good knowledge in literature, art and history

7. Understand modern and traditional culture

8. Familiar with Mainland China, digital ecosystem and latest trends.

9. Excellent communications, presentation and problem solving skills. Able to present creative concepts to the team and the clients in their language
